MTIA Signalling Courseware Development
Omada has been tasked to develop and trial five signalling testing courses, on behalf of MTIA’s Signalling Strategy Taskforce (SST).
The testing courseware will be developed by Omada and will provide objectively assessed pathways for local and international Signalling Designers and Testers

Adelaide Signals Upgrade
Omada Rail Systems was delighted to work with Keolis Downer Adelaide recently to undertake signalling upgrades on the Outer Harbor and Grange train lines, on behalf of the Department for Infrastructure and Transport. Our engineers in Adelaide designed, installed and commissioned the signalling upgrades, which are contributing to the safety and efficiency of Adelaide Metro rail services on the line.

Laura Slee
Team Omada have many of the country’s best and brightest rail engineers, including Laura Slee who is an experienced railway signalling engineer, with a drive for leading projects and coordinating communication between signalling and inter-disciplinary design teams.
As Omada’s Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer, she has taken on many important roles, on a range of high-profile projects. Laura is a qualified Signal Engineer in Queensland and Victoria, and has previously worked on key Australian projects, including the Technical Advisor Signalling Lead for the ETCS Project, as part of the wider Cross River Rail Delivery Authority, works in Brisbane and Signal Design Manager for the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project in Victoria
Time to Escape
Recently, some of the Omada Brisbane team got together to take part in an escape room challenge, which included such challenges as the Bunker, Prison Break, and Zodiac Killer. The team-building activity was a great success, and a fun time was had by all.
