Laura said. “Coming from a Tier 1 consultancy it was refreshing to work in a team of signalling design engineers where design methodologies and solutions can be discussed in the office between all levels of engineers. I have enjoyed some challenging and rewarding work as Project Director and feel like I’ve made a difference to the company as part of my Engineering Manager role. I’ve been impressed with the calibre of junior engineers at Omada, who have shown great maturity and understanding of signalling, and with Omada’s investment in these future engineering leaders.”

Laura is a valuable asset to the team and plays a pivotal leadership role in the projects that she works on, we are proud to have such a talented engineer on team Omada.
