Omada Rail Systems: COVID-19 Action Plan
Due to the rapidly developing COVID-19 situation, Omada Rail Systems has put in place a plan of action to maintain continuity, despite the effects of this virus. This has been implemented to ensure the safety of all our staff members, their families and the greater community. The steps we have taken will also ensure that, as a business, we continue to function to the best of our abilities. As the situation evolves, so will our plan, but for the current situation these are the steps that we have taken.
- In these uncertain times, it is vital that accurate information is passed out when it becomes available. When health and government updates are released, we make sure that our staff are aware of the advice given and the actions we are taking because of it. We have advised our employees that if they are experiencing symptoms, then following the government guidelines regarding self-isolation is vital.
- Our Brisbane office will remain open until we are advised by the government to work from home. This means that all our work is continuing as per usual. In the event that we are advised to work from home, then our already flexible remote working policy will make this a smooth transition. In order to maintain our high standard of quality service, our staff will remain available to speak with our clients via email and phone calls as per usual.
- Our employees working in client offices will follow the direction of the client.
- All non-essential interstate travel has been put on hold to reduce the risk of infection.
- We are also strongly encouraging our staff to continue following their good hygiene practices, including wiping down workstations with antibacterial wipes, as well as washing hands thoroughly and regularly.
