Liza is an Electronic Design Engineer and a Management Consultant specialising in asset management, with 16 years’ professional experience in Ireland and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering, an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Railway Signalling and Telecommunications.

Currently working as the CBI Implementation Manager on the Melbourne Metro Network, Liza is responsible for leading the team in the development of the project scope, the technical requirements, procurement and packaging strategy, internal operational and MTN traction power modelling, and the production of documentation for market readiness for a number of upgrade projects. Her experience also includes process design, managing organisational change strategies, and program management.

This, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of developing and designing high quality signalling and telecommunications systems, makes Liza a highly valued member of Omada’s team.
