Omada’s new Graduate Program bridges the gap

Omada Rail has long recognised the significant role Graduates undertake in the organisation. However, it has been challenging to source a structured program that provides training in core skills and Rail / Signalling training. To bridge this gap, Omada Rail Systems have been working with Education Engineers Australia, Engineers Australia and the Australian Railway Association to develop a bespoke Graduate Program spanning 24 months that combines the necessary core skills such as Applied Project Management, Personal Capability and professional skills combined with the ARA’s Introduction to Railway Signalling. The programs comprise a blend of self-paced eLearning, virtual workshops and in-the-workplace mentoring. Seven Omada graduates have started the program and we look forward to seeing our graduates flourish personally and in the workplace.
