Michael is an experienced Railway Engineer with over 40 years of experience with specialist knowledge in the areas of project management, signalling (engineering and design) and communications, due diligence reviews, and with experience as a peer reviewer on key rail projects such as Hancock Coal’s Alpha Coal Rail Project and Saudi Landbridge Project (Operational and Maintenance Preparation).

Michael’s extensive professional career includes senior engineering and project managerial roles within major Rail organisations, in which he acquired strong leadership skills.  He has been responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle delivery of many large rail projects including the trackside systems and subsystems on an operational railway such as control systems, signalling and customer information systems. He has also been responsible for the maintenance and design including onsite commissioning supervision and management roles for large rail infrastructure projects.
