Welcoming our new year starters!

Moving into 2021, we are continuing the growth that we achieved in a challenging but successful 2020. We are pleased to announce two new additions to our Brisbane team.

Pictured in front of our new break-room moss wall, Louis Ludike (Left) and John Bainbridge (Right) have joined us in our new office this week as Graduate Signalling Engineer and Signal Test Engineer respectively.

John has a great deal of experience in testing and commissioning works, his vast knowledge of signalling systems makes him a highly valuable addition to our team. John’s arrival provides our less experienced assistant test engineers with greater opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills, both within the office and out on-site.

Louis is a graduate engineer who joins us in our second graduate program intake. With no prior experience in the rail industry, he is highly enthusiastic and eager to learn. Once Louis has learned the basics of Rail Signalling and gained the necessary competencies, he will be given experience across a broad range of signalling disciplines. Louis has relocated to Brisbane from Toowoomba this week, so he is doubly excited to get started in a new role and a new city.

Our other graduate engineers, Nicolas, Nathan and Gavin, have begun their second year in the program. Which, among other things, involves enrolling in the Post Graduate Diploma of Railway Signalling, this will make 2021 a challenging year for our graduates and one that will certainly test their time-management skills.
